Hummer, I'll talk to the landlord and property owner. This is a small, privately owned complex, so I have better communication with the decision makers than renters in big, corporate owned/managed complexes. I'll argue that a solid, permanent catio can add value to the property. If that doesn't work, I'll ask about a temporary structure. I mean, I miss 100% of the shots I don't take, right?
