@Athena, I have been trying to reach this goal ever since I created this stable. I told myself once I consistently hit the show cap each week I could start my breeding program. Now to see if I can maintain that cap most weeks.
Panda - since you're not familiar with how the game works, maybe it's best you stick to one breed. At least for now. Put together a gelding army and show them to generate funds. Build a big bank account and go from there.
Panda I would say it's not a problem to have multiple breeds at one time, but some people like to keep things very separate and create accounts for each breed. I just sort the different breeds into barns under one account and it works fine for me.
Hello chat! I'm hoping for a little bit of advice if possible, would it be wise to manage multiple breeds at once as someone who isn't very experienced with how the game works? I have a bunch of KNNs right now but I'm thinking about getting into sport ponies or maybe TBs, lol.
If you have Dapple Blend Grain, you can feed it to your horse and their coat will dapple.
The effect will wear off after a few days. One pound of grain will be fed at a time.
If you feed Senior Blend to your senior horse they will have a 10% decreased chance in dying
when the weekly script runs on Monday morning. The effect lasts for one weekly cycle.

You can hire a rider. They will be automatically assigned to your horse. Be sure to visit the Rider's Lounge and pay them.
Set Breeding Requirements for your horse. Enter the minimum rating allowable for breeding. When breeding, Any combo of the entered values and higher will be accepted. Leave blank to set to None.
Edit your horse's remarks. Keep all content PG-13.
Choose a Background for your horse.
Withdraw your horse from it's team. You will lose all team points for this horse. Please discuss this action with the team manager first.
Your horse may show 3 times per week. Shows run daily. Your horse and rider will gain valuable experience from showing. Select a discipline to show in, or scratch from tonight's show.
Showing in the special weekly shows doesn't count against your horse's weekly regular show count.

If you would like to put your horse on the market for breeding, click below. Note that when your horse is up for breeding, anyone may breed to them. Also note that you don't need to enter a price when marking a stallion available for straws.
