Yeah they are. My friend who has them breeds them, but he thoroughly vets who gets them and double checks the potential owners state laws and licenses etc, they are not legal here in Arkansas.

The effect will wear off after a few days. One pound of grain will be fed at a time.
If you feed Senior Blend to your senior horse they will have a 10% decreased chance in dying
when the weekly script runs on Monday morning. The effect lasts for one weekly cycle.
