Yeah they prescribed me a new med. I take 1 daily then I can take up to 2 more as needed daily. I get my meds back tomorrow. Pharmacy had an issue with my script, so it has been a few days since I have gotten meaningful restful sleep

Trigger, I struggle with Anxiety, too. It's rough. A couple weeks ago, I had a complete breakdown at work, right in front of my bosses. They sent my home and told me to take the next day off, too, to get the self care time I needed. They were looking out for me but I still felt rejected. It's hard when people tell you one thing and they are telling the truth, but your own brain says, "They are lying! They told you to take an extra day off because they don't want you here. You're not good enough." So hard! I got through it, though.
