| I'm definitely gonna do what I can to stay here. I'm just in a pretty bad spot financially to be dealing with this right now so I'm trying to prepare for the worst. Crossing my fingers for your mom that her place continues not to sell and I'm sorry she's dealing with that stress :( |

| My lease is up in early June- if this current prospective buyer doesn't go through with the sale I might be alright for another year but if this company buys the place that rent increase is coming up kinda quick lol |

| Today or tomorrow someone for the prospective buyer is coming through to inspect my apartment. When the complex does get sold, whether it's to this place or someone else, we all have no idea what'll happen lol. They could double the rent, decide to boot everyone and level the buildings, etc. This place is absurdly cheap so I'm sure the buyer will at least raise the rent which will force me to move |
