you also don't have to feel bad for making a "wrong match", since bravery is total anarchy! I had E x E and WC x P give me A bravery - I also had W x S give me E and I have one WC from two Es. Nothing is really set in stone!
I've only been doing it a little while so I don't have tooooo many at the minute, but I'm hoping to expand rapidly haha. It feels more rewarding than AD breeding, and certainly is less expensive!! Plus my SD programs are doing relatively well I think based on futurity results.
Might just keep my ex-futurity geldings and have a small barn of those. They're all EEE+ for AD and W SD so they'll train fairly fast and then clear out again. Then much more space for bravery mares which will be nice
Yeah I always show everything as I figure if its sitting in a barn and im tracking training for breeding I might as well show the dang thing when it's ready xD
also for newbies it's a totally legit way to start with your level 1 horses. People act as if only level 3 and further is where the money is and if you know how to show it's great. But for newcomers even small profit is profit and at least with level 1 you don't lose much from entering - and your understanding of showing grows with your horses and their levels.
I tried when I started in 2012 and was always broke. People on here always scream "geldings" as if they are a magic way to always get a profit no matter what, but you have to figure out showing for yourself regardless what you use. So once I finally figured out how to get my girlies to show I never looked back.
I've got about 500 of the buggers, which do make me some money but I feel like I may as well fill those slots with mares and get some more foals out of it too
i never had gelds on most accounts for years... it is the most sure way to earn ebs and you should starting up, but after years of playing i got sick of it
now I'm finally down to the last bravery prospects to test and I'll probably finish that tomorrow - and then I'll get new testers from the capture party! It never ends! And I couldn't take my esteemed braves for a spin either this month to potentially grab some more maps
the only LB I really care to be on is to be in the top 10 of yearly winnings -especially since it's nice to prove that you can get there without geldings
If you have Dapple Blend Grain, you can feed it to your horse and their coat will dapple.
The effect will wear off after a few days. One pound of grain will be fed at a time.
If you feed Senior Blend to your senior horse they will have a 10% decreased chance in dying
when the weekly script runs on Monday morning. The effect lasts for one weekly cycle.

Withdraw your horse from it's team. You will lose all team points for this horse. Please discuss this action with the team manager first.
Your horse may show 3 times per week. Shows run daily. Your horse and rider will gain valuable experience from showing. Select a discipline to show in, or scratch from tonight's show.
