@Wolf Sounds like you hurt tendon, if not ruptured. Ice a lot. Take some painkillers and get to Urgent Care asap. Tendon if not cared for correctly can cause issues while healing and when healed.

Ace Monday we did a hill workout at XC practice, which was fine, but then at the end we were doing strides up a steep hill, I went to sprint/stride up it, and something just hurt really bad and it's just gotten worse over the past week.
Glacier Well, it's my right knee, on the outside sorta? The one time I tried extending it to try and hear for clicking it sorta sounded like it was grinding, and it feels like it's inside of the knee, and the outside as well. I can't extend it, or bend it. It feels like someone is pinching a big chunk and it hurts like heck, I have to keep it straight when I walk otherwise really bad pain, sitting down really hurts, standing up even more,going up/down stairs is out of the question as well, and I can't run, I can barely walk >.>
