Ccr is the creme gene,without it the filly would be bay dun. She has one red based gene (e) so she can give bay foals as well as chestnut foals (or even black ones since she's Aa)
A is relevant in combination to extension and determines if the horse will be bay, brown or black. A is for bay, At is brown and a is black - your EWW girl is aa so she is black (+Dun which makes her grullo)
It means the horse is dominant for dark based colours and cannot produce chestnut/red foals. And with pearl many try and get apricot, which isn't possible in the first generation when you have EE pearl horses.
EE, RnRn AND SbSb - at least she's not buckskin or it really would have been the worst possible combo. Those I always yeet with glee (unless they are decently rated of course - like your girl, Honey)
Yeah recently roan has been a menace here too. Even if I breed a hetero roan to a non roan it somehow shows up - but then the tobi gets skipped even though both parents have it!
If you have Dapple Blend Grain, you can feed it to your horse and their coat will dapple.
