I was finally able to talk to my vet and Oliver is going on a prescription diet and getting another round of antibiotics (face palm). Going with the injection version of the antibiotics this time instead of the oral though, hope it is just as effective.
If you have Dapple Blend Grain, you can feed it to your horse and their coat will dapple.
