If you are new to showing even level 1 is fine since both you and your horses 'grow' into it and even though the profit is not much it's a) still profit and b) the entry fees aren't high either so if it doesn't go well it won't lose you much money
TRK you can tell if they're ready when they have 2 bars of training per level in each stat that relates to the discipline. So a horse with 6 bars each in HRT, SCP, SPD would be ready for level 3 SJ

If you have Dapple Blend Grain, you can feed it to your horse and their coat will dapple.
The effect will wear off after a few days. One pound of grain will be fed at a time.
If you feed Senior Blend to your senior horse they will have a 10% decreased chance in dying
when the weekly script runs on Monday morning. The effect lasts for one weekly cycle.
