| Well. So it is normal for my heartrate to be a bit elevated, and that's part of why the Covid vaccine hit me so hard, was that it elevated it further in a nasty reaction. Caused some damage. So now anything that can further raise it, I try to be on the extra cautious end. |

| Lots of things can elevate your heart rate. I have that issue because I have thyroid issues. If you're having an elevated heart rate I would recommend going to be checked it doesn't hurt. |

| Alright. Just waiting for my sibling to arrive, then. Knowing my own history, and symptoms that can occur, I know the ER is the better spot than urgent care. They'll probably send me over anyways after hearing of my history. |

| yep definitely take words from professionals. and yes, dehydration and vomiting and such from food poisoning can increase your heart rate. |

| I'm already going, urgent care lady brought up the idea, not the ER lol. I was more just wondering if it was a true symptom, not whether or not it warranted going in. |
