| everyone can heal, but i would say seeing a therapist isnt everyones remedy. it wasnt mine, which is a discouraging realization at first because you're inclined to think "what's left", but theres so many ways to heal, just have to find yours |

| Boulder I'm sorry to hear that. I know it's super discouraging. A lot of times, first visits are conducted so the therapist can learn more about you instead of just throwing treatments at you that may be ineffective or irrelevant. Still though, not a good feeling, so I get it. |

| I wish therapy worked like it does in movies. basically laid out all that is wrong with me and then the session was ended ten minutes early. first appointment too |
