@Fossil Learning and teaching go hand in hand, I think you have to at least a passion for what you teach for the students to learn. Alot of the teacher from before kinda seemed to hate whatever they where doing
I had to remediate math as well in under grad. Luckily, I had a really good professor who /loved/ math, so she explained it in such a way that it made sense. Made her own handouts and really went the extra mile for her students
