06:29:05 Trigger 🐾 Yeah the only one I have looked at for an off site lease would be 1.5k a month to the owner for the lease.
Then I have to pay board for my barn too, which for a stall is 525 a month.
If I just owned, 525 a month plus vet and farrier fees. Which as long as no emergency, would not cost me more than 150 every two months for farrier and 800 once a year for vet.
Hell, the emergency vet up there does not charge an excruciating amount either. |
