If you do go to the vet, I'd be concerned about stomatitis because it can pop up randomly. I experienced it quite a bit in clinic.

Hi, I would like to know what the numbers between brackets in my inventory mean. F.e. my quantity of gold store tokens is 19 (3). What does the (3) mean?

The three is the number you've recieved from quests and therefore aren't sellable/transferable
