So I had some art made and I saved it to my iPhone to upload to my horse avatar (link) — <a href="http://oi65.tinypic.com/b7yro7.jpg">http://oi65.tinypic.com/b7yro7.jpg</a> — and when I try to upload it it keeps saying “needs to be jpg ect. “ so I’m confused why my phone is messing it up. Is there a certain way for iPhones that art can be saved and used ? ;) |

It may just be the file. Perhaps try it on a computer or laptop. If it doesnt work then, i would contact the art creator and ask if the file is the right size and if they could test it themselves to see if it works. |

I actually make art on my phone, I've never had this problem though. My problem is the size of my art. I'm sure you could download an app to convert the file? |
