https://www.kizoa.com/Movie-Maker/d183493891k7320658o1/horses So I made this video/video clip/movie. My PLAN was to create a banner using it. What I did was I took a horse video from vimeo.com Clipped out parts, made it into a video with my stable name. But there are some problems. - I can't figure out how to add credits - I can't figure out how to add a border to it - I cant figure out how to re-size/ crop it to 669/150. - I'm loosing confidence. Would anyone help me?Thank you!!!

To start with, unless the person who made the footage you overlaid the name on gave you explicit permission to use it, you can't use it at all. Secondly, due to the new art system, animations are pretty much out, especially with the high quality (fps, detail, etc) that this video has. Unless you turn the video to a grainy mess, it won't fit the file size restrictions (and if you did that, the credits wouldn't be legible). Edited at April 9, 2018 01:57 PM by Seriphos Springs

That doesn't matter. You must check with the uploader of the video and get their permission. Some people don't allow their works to be used. Deviantart is free too, but lots of people don't allow their stock images to be used outside of DA itself.
