IÂ’'m confused because it is a jpg, the image is less than 500x500 px, and it is only 30KB. Why am I getting error? If anyone has any input on this that would be super helpful. I'm on my iPad, and used an online website to scale my image down and compress it (to lower KB), maybe thatÂ’s part of the problem? I used resizeimage.net |

It needs to be 500x500 pixels, it's not square |
