If a DeviantArt stock provider doesn't have stock rules in their journal just on the description of the stock photo, would it be better for mods if I put the photo link in the credits instead of the stock provider's DA account? Or can I just put stock provider.da? I've just been wondering how mods check credits (and if art is within the stock provider's rules) if the stock provider doesn't have rules in their journal and if it'll lead to my art getting taken down.
Feel like I explained that badly. I hope it's somewhat understandable. Edited at August 28, 2018 03:44 PM by Mediterranean

Yes.
Its good practice to not only link the stock provider, but the link the photo used as well in all your deviations descriptions, anyways. It makes the mods job 1000% easier than having to hunt down your stock used every time.

I thought so. Thanks Jello

The stock providers rules don't have to be in their journal. We will still find the image you used so we can just check the rules that are in the description of the image. However, it is definitely helpful to us to link the stock images used in the description of your DA upload. That way, when we find the image you used where you linked your image in the comments, we are able to easily click on the other stocks used, thus making our job 100 times easier :)

Ah, so it would be far easier if I put my own DA account in the credits on the picture so you can check out the image I uploaded to DA. That's far easier than what I was getting at.
