I have had issues buying art, then saving it on my iPad to upload.

I can save the files just fine....

But when I try to upload them, I get error messages about file type and size.

The artists have sent me the correct versions, because they can upload them just fine on their horses.

So here is my question....

Anyone know what is happening when I select to Â“save imageÂ” and it gets put into my camera roll....but then canÂ’t be uploaded?

What do I need to do to be able to use the art I am buying?

I have the same issue.. And I've seen the 'upload art on mobile' forum which says it needs to be a smaller file size, but it still doesn't work.

If you find a solution I'd love to see this solved.
