Yeah I can definitely see where you're coming from I'm gonna add some now thanks:)

If you added a shadow at the bottom and maybe a little on the rump it may add some more contrast :)

I'm sister shook at the eyes in both pieces. I also really like the outlining and highlighting.

For the banner, maybe saturate the purple into the horses shadows and highlights a little more, because remember we stan a saturated sister.

Wow, these are gorgeous!! I LOVE the mane and tail on the second piece - beautiful job! I love the eyes in the first piece but for the second, the highlight (or glow - er whatever you'd call it) is a little bright for me.
