Please don't devalue other artists just because you can't afford it.
I think 10-15k is sufficient.

Unfortunately the artist (myself) spends many hours on art and it is not as easy as it seems. If all I did was pick a piece of precut stock and stuck it on any old background then I would charge 1-3k But as I spend hours searching for stock and then cut it out and draw the manes and tails, draw eyes and smudge the body. You get what you pay for. You also have to match the horse to the background. 15k means I know I can improve but all of that takes practice.
