Is it worth it to buy a tablet just for digital art? I'm considering it and just want to hear other peoples opinions. I currently use Ibis Paint but I don't like it that much and can't get procreate which is what I want.

How much art do you plan on doing? Do you foresee yourself making art for a substancial amount of time? I find it's a heck of a lot easier to create hair with a tablet because it's easier to make it flow than with just a mouse. I find it's easier to do body prep as well with a tablet. I've been doing art pretty much everyday or at least a few times a week. I post my art on instagram so I do it at least two or three times a week to everyday.

If you want a decent low end, minimal bells and whistles graphics tablet, check out Huion. They are on par with Wacom for the most part, but much cheaper. I bought a 13 inch pen display tablet for around $250 and it performs pretty well. I can also plug it into my phone (has to be Android, iPhone is weird about 3rd party anything) and do art that way if I'm away from my computer. Huion offers tons of sizes and some come in fun colors.
