When I try to upload horse art, I get this message.

The image I am trying to upload is here:

Horse art of Gold Rush, a palomino Anglo Arabian Mare

Things that I have tried:

- Using Firefox

- Using Chrome

- Uploading as a PNG

- Uploading as a JPG

- Compressing the image to be ridiculously small

- Waiting a day and trying again in case it was a temporary issue
