Congrats, Lynx! (:
You should test his bravery too, just in case 🤭

It's always sad when you let them go into their new homes, but when the new owners send you photos and tell you how well they bond with their new family member it's so rewarding. We now have a WhatsApp group where we can all stay in touch and share pictures

I've heard Bengals described as "border collies on crack" when it comes to cat breeds haha. They're a lot of work and have more energy/need for enrichment than many people can keep up with.

Ragdolls however... J'adore ♡

Glacier, most of my cats are ooint as well. Another breed I might add are Ragdolls. I used to have one who lived with me over 15 years and she was the gentlest soul one could imagine. Bengals are pretty but too high strung for me. They are like the Border Collie of the cat world.

I think what is funny is that dog people seem to have superiority complex whereas cat people are wills say, I just prefer cats and are so aloof about it.

I can picture myself fostering cats, but probably not breeding them.

I usually have my friend's cats all over me when I go to visit. I don't mind being a cat magnet, even though I have plenty at home.

Breeding cats is cool, if I ever get into that, I would have to decide between bengal cats or color point Siamese cats

My cat is much more cuddly than my dog. Sure he runs away when a stranger comes into the house, but once he gets used to you he is more than happy to come out.

Revel - I do have 3 dogs as well. 2 of them are sighthounds which are said to be more like cats in temperament. So I guess I like the contrast of having aloof dog breeds and affectionate cats 😉

That's really weird, Piper, I have not seen that either. I thought even embryo foals are treated as straws in that they do not mess with the counter for tge 20 LCs

@San, I can agree with your last sentence! Cats can be super affectionate. They just aren't as open about it with strangers as dogs. That is why it drives me nuts when dog lovers say they hate cats because they are mean and don't love you.

Awe thats so true San. What sweet floofers ♡

They are super affectionate too. Some of the people who have some of my youngsters say that they are more like dogs. One girl has a boycat from me and when she was away for 2 days her brother says her cat was sleeping in the hallway on her shoes and was waiting for her at the door until she came back. When people say cats don't care about their people apart from using them as food dispensers - they just haven't met the right cats yet!

I've been doing art for almost a year now. I used to have a shop, though my shop will probably be closed for the foreseeable future. My shop prices used to be 60k for a base price, but I have improved since then and some custom slots and auction pieces have gone for over 1 million. I don't have any set prices though, and I would love to get an idea of what people think my art is worth.
So. Basically I'd like some feedback on what I can do better in terms of my art, a general price range for a piece, and maybe a tier suggestion. Thanks, y'all!

I definitely would put you at T1. I think you could easily sell an "all cuts" package for around 450k regularly. If not more, but anywhere from 300-450k depending on what you feel would be best is 100% fair. You seem to pay great attention to detail, and your pieces are very smooth but crisp and I like how your pieces can have a soft vibe (the horses mostly) but the backgrounds are still detailed and not washed out.

Tier 1 obviously 😉😉
.
I'd start at 175k-200k for pricing then go up for cuts and complexity.

I think lighting is one of the strongest points in your artwork, absolutely nail it everytime on both the horse and the hair. I personally think that the first piece has a clarity and amount of detail in the face that are missing somewhat from the second and third examples. So maybe try to find a happy medium there. That's about I'll I've got for ya! I love your hair style too!! <3
