Probably my best manipulation yet, I feel like I definitley improved my roaning! I'd love to hear what you think though, any tips or suggestions would be much appreciated. I cropped the image as much as I could to try and keep the details, but alas, I still had to compress the image. Im hoping it doesnt look too staticy when set as horse image. Personally I really like it, can really tell it was color changed, though I feel like you could have played with the color tones with the horse and made him more orangey like the bg. Mane looks good. What size canvas did you use? Try using a larger canvas, like 2000x2000 and then crop out to 500x500 when your done so you don't lose so much detail! <3

You did a good job on the hair. I think the horse is maybe a little too sharp, and personally I would try get the credits to be a little less obvious but I like the overall feel.

I started out on a larger canvas but instead of cropping, I relied on compression, which honestly made it worse so I moved to a canvas that was already 500x500 so I didn't have to compress. I will definitely try cropping the image afterwards! Also, I was wondering if you can describe or point out the characteristics that make the color change obvious? I appreciate your time, always trying to improve <3

I'm glad the hair looks good, the hair and trying to place the horse in the background took the longest. I actually tried sharpening the horse a bit more because it was looking a bit blurry, but I see what you mean, doesn't help with her placement really. Thankfully I kept her in a separate layer, I might be able to fix it. Edit: Just kidding, the tool I used is called unshaven mask but turns out you can't actually unsharp it, but still noted for my next project! Thank you!
