How do I get stable avi's more clear?

Hello! I'm just curious if there is anything I can do to make the stable Avitars/Art i'm trying to make less blurry and more clear? I feel like most others are better resoloution than mine somehow? Any advice? I have tried Photopea & Procreate at 300x300 pixels. Thanks!
