I am looking for some advice and critique. I believe I am high Tier 4, maybe possibly Tier 3? I`ve been told to move up, haha. Anyways, for the time being I am only looking for advice and critique with the piece below. You can be as harsh as you want, especially since criticism is what makes you better as long as it is constructive.

The piece below is a work in progress and there is a lot that is unfinished. However, I`d figured I would ask now for critique to avoid making mistakes further along the path. I am re-coloring the entire horse as well. The front left leg is being reworked as well. Did not use my reference and well.. yeah; it speaks for itself, lol. I definitely am aware of my lack of ability to do the details of legs along with manes/tails, so advice for that would be awesome, xD
