Spent an hour and a half cleaning. Went out with a rope to bring her back in and informed her that she is a lady and will behave as such. Meaning when she tried to trot ahead of me she got to back her sassy booty up lmao
I was cleaning Oklahoma's stall area today and since she was being a bit of a pest, moved her out to the pasture. As soon as I let her go, she immediately crow hopped and tried to charge the gate mom was holding closed. Then proceeded to have more bucking fits lol
@Embervale, me too. =( I do have IBS so I am worried they will say it is just that, but it is abnormal for me to be nauseous this long and for it to get so bad I need to dry heave. Ever since I had stomach flu at the beginning of January I haven't been the same.
I've heard that sleeping on the left side with your head propped up slightly higher can help with nausea or things like acid reflux. it's not a guarantee, but maybe it could help during the night some
@Embervale, I am generally mostly upright when I am watching TV like I am now. I am slightly reclined though. I unfortunately can't sleep without lying on my side
@Elf, I may try seeing if my regular doctor can order an endoscopy sooner, but I doubt it. I have been dealing with bad nausea for a couple weeks now. For some reason it is always worse at night.
Hello my lovely peeps! 🐥 I have a double ear infection and Im miserable 🥲 Was wondering if you had any tips? Im currently taking antibiotics and a nasal spray prescribed by a doctor. I havent had an ear infection since I was a baby so no idea if I need to be doing anything else but I feel like crap 🫤
put oconut oil in your ear. it makes a huge diffrence. also you can put a damp cloth in a glass cup/ mug and heat in micorwave for 1-2 minuts then put cup around ear firmly. the steam feels amazing.
Update : Still have the ear infection. Antibiotics didnt work and Im all out of steroids and still have it 😅 Guess round 3 of getting looked at this week 😭
Also look up 'TMJ physio' on the internet. These are physio exercises for the jaw, when it clicks and gets stuck horribly. I found these exercises wonderful and also released tension in and around the ears.
Peppermint tea can release the sinuses which might be swollen or blocked.
