Only at AB because it would involve alot of extra work to the horse

I feel like that's really deceiving since you said in the original post "

depending on what layer the wolf is on it would be what i would consider more than a "minor change" since theyd have to edit it out, add back the horses legs colour change/match them ect to make it appropriate so i dont really see that as being a minor change i would think adding an extra marking or something would be a minor change.

Removing the wolf is not a minor change because of how the piece was made. It was a comm and stock was picked to fit the wishes so removing the wolf would require redrawing most of the lower legs. It's possble but would be work intensive. I'll update the post.
