I get why we cant transfer or sell quest items but what about hidden falls items? What if we could donate them to the falls but items claimed from the falls couldn't be sold? I know some people don't use things like height or bravery meds so it'd give the option of other players using them without the player benefiting. Not sure if it'd hurt the game economy though

They don't give specific medallions it is random which one you get

It's possible, the game is set to only give out so many of 1 item per stable.

I haven't been getting med quests at all, they disappeared for me >.> I have the PPP Splash, Tobi, Sabi quest that I swear gave out a med earlier this month now it doensn't give out anything but ebs and store creds and square spur >.>
