So I was going to change the tyres of my car from studded wintertyres to summertyres. As I have no space at home, I always store them there. Before winter the guy asked me if I wanted to store the summertyres. I said yes, I always do. But I got no voucher to retrieve them next year, they said it is fine they can find by licence plate as well. So today I came to have my summertyres back on. And they bluntly told me they threw them out because they were level 5 and not permitted to drive with. I said Wait a minute... I had a flat tyre last summer and changed two tyres and you say those are worn out after barely driving for 3 months???? Are you kidding me? And also the inspection said they were perfect to drive with? Now I came home and checked the inspection report of 2021 and it clearly said good to go. I also have one of the tyres here at home as a spare one, as I never change just one tyre. Perfectly fine tyre... Im totally pissed and had to pay 450 bucks for some floppy low budget tyres with the remark please dont drive too much with them. Yeah... They loose a customer here. :(
