Recently, it has felt like one thing after another after another. Like the bad news just won't stop.
. Earlier in chat I mentioned that my dog had a seizure, and that I had rushed him to the vet. I was scared. I'm blessed to have friends to have helped calm me.
. Unfortunately I lost him. He had a tumour the size of his abdomen, we couldn't tell if it was from his spleen or liver. His bloodwork five months ago showed no signs of cancer or tumours, meaning that this was highly aggressive. The seizures were the tumours reaching his brain... I couldn't let him have another seizure, knowing it could rupture his spleen, or worse...
. Tonight, the rainbow bridge welcomes the most amazing dog I've ever known. The sweetest boy, the most intelligent and brave dog I ever could've asked for. Rest in peace, my precious Merlin. |

I am so sorry to hear this Versa. I know you have had a lot going on and losing a pet is the last thing anyone wants to have happen. I am sure he lived a wonderful life with you and I hope you know he is at peace. I will be thinking of you these next couple days. ❤️ |
