So, I clicked the check box to brand only the horses I've bred and it branded everything that wasn't branded.

When I picked the individual barn it only branded the horses I've bred.
I was under the impression that if I clicked the box to brand only the horses I've bred it would only brand those horses even if I had it go through all my horses? Does the feature not work when you click All -> All -> Box checked for only horses I bred?
