I tried to send in an application and as soon as you start entering text the box jumps down and eats the submit button. If you just barely type anything then its still clickable but its inside the box, but if you enter alot of text(fill out the whole application) it completely disappears. This also happens for me with the rdmarks text box on the horse pages but it never completely vanishes and is clickable there. If its important im use a phone. An android.
