Lost my "E & EP" when I changing a barn nam

When I changed the name of a barn, I went to the barn with the name change and all of my other barns that I went to, all current horses are at Level 1 and all the E and EP horses were gone.

Changing the barn name won't get rid of horses. Also, you only own one horse over the age of two, everything else is either a yearling or a two year old. None of those are onld enough to be over Level 1. The one older horse that you own only has five training sessions, which isn't enough to level up.
