I've purchased items from user stores multiple times now, had the EB taken from my balance, and the items I try to purchase do not show up in my inventory and trying to craft what I needed them for doesn't work (tried in case they were just not loading). Waited a day/week to see if the website rolling over would make them appear and nada.
