Mares Breeding History Bug- foal says None yet has both r

The mare's breeding history has a bug. Her third foal has both the None rating, and both ratings. The former two foals look normal in the mare's breeding history.

I think the None might be for the bravery rating, even though I have taken the foal in question to explore the wilderness to discover his bravery rating.
