Does not show available tack in 'tack up' section

Somehow I can remove tack from horses in my 'tack up' section, but when I try to put tack on it does not even show any tack available. It happened a day or two ago and is still faulty. I use only halters and my tackroom shows all my halters, but not in the 'tack up' section.
