Everyone is getting an error message when clicking into horses pages, Mailbox, and breeding center, and the capture page as well it just started.

I have no idea what this issue is, just letting you know it's there, this is the error I get

I hope this can be fixed I get this in the horse search and capture Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '{' in /home/horseede/includes/util/color.php on line 790 same with mail.
