Hey, I was wondering how all of our Horse Eden players were coping with the recent natural disasters. Are you guys getting your horses out? I'm up in the North West and the smoke is horrible here. I can't imagine actually having to deal with these fires!

I'm currently right in the path of Irma. We're hoping to head out early tomorrow, but that's not looking so promising anymore. I also have to load horses onto a trailer before we leave. I'm hoping that I can get out in time, I really do not want to be stuck in this hurricane.
Wish me luck! <3

Yeah i would leave if i were you. There was a man on the radio that said "if we are telling you to get out THEN get out" Because about 100 years ago there was a hurricane that killed 20,000 people in Florida. that was back when they did not have news and such. so this 1 is going to be like 10 times worse.

My Dad lives in Tampa. His house did alright. One palm tree down, and screens on his deck tore. But it could have been a lot worse if the storm surge was higher.
Irma is here in Atl now. But its been weird. No wind and only drizzle at my house. Its supposed to get worse though.
I want to go to happy hour, but I think there is a curfew.
