I have a few horses that have leveled, I keep very good track of when they level and try to show everyone of course just before they level.
A few, I have shown and have had them eliminated or refusing but then they turn around and level right away. One horse, I noticed he was eliminated in his last 4-5 shows and still leveled. How is that possible?
Does it mean they won't be competitive in the next level but still move on?
One example is the horse below. He was last shown on 10/1 and leveled in the same week, week 55 of his training up to C8 but in that last show he was eliminated due to refusing. It confuses me on how he could have leveled when he wasn't competitive in the level he had been at. https://horseeden.com/horse.php?id=17258566
