Some of the best stable names are breed neutral. That way, when you decide to change breeds, you don't have to change the stable name again. Names that reflect your goals are a good choice, as well as those that reflect your location.

Surely stable names are completely personal to you. It could be a place that means something to you or a name.

If you wanted to go with the Pony and Irish Theme - Maybe something like:
Fighting Irish (Stable, Equestrian, Elites, Fields, etc.) Tiny Irish Leprechaun (Acres, Fields, Stables .... ^^^) ['cause you never know if it's a trick or treat with breeding - could strike that pot o' gold] Sprites & Magic - or something that combines the spitfire nature of a pony (are they going to kill you or exceed all imaginable possibilities) International Ponies
Definitely recommend putting a personal spin on it - the Poll Forum and Rider's Lounge areas have tons of Stable Naming threads that might give you some inspiration, as well as a place to help you decide if you need community opinion in the form of public voting!
