Monday we did a hill workout at XC practice, which was fine, but then at the end we were doing strides up a steep hill, I went to sprint/stride up it, and something just hurt really bad and it's just gotten worse over the past week.

Well, it's my right knee, on the outside sorta? The one time I tried extending it to try and hear for clicking it sorta sounded like it was grinding, and it feels like it's inside of the knee, and the outside as well. I can't extend it, or bend it. It feels like someone is pinching a big chunk and it hurts like heck, I have to keep it straight when I walk otherwise really bad pain, sitting down really hurts, standing up even more,going up/down stairs is out of the question as well, and I can't run, I can barely walk >.>
