| Yea I’m on 100 acres. My fiance and I were given the house by his parents who live on the other side of the orchard from us. |

| Snow We sold it for cheaper, I think 200k? it wasn't even an acre, then we bought a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house on five acres for 380k. It's worth 950k now, lot's of renovating. |

| Oh definitely, Gem! That house was a disaster. It was cookie cutter and someone came in and flipped it before we bought it. The amount of shortcuts they made meant my parents had to redo practically everything to fix it. We were so poor at the time but the house had to survive hurricanes. |

| My parents sold a house in Virginia in 3 days with 8 showings and closed in 30. Sold it for a quarter of what it’s worth now and it’s in a not so great area. They said they should’ve kept it but we were moving to Australia for a few years and there was no way we could have kept it. |

| My parents sold their house several years ago. Because of CO (not CO2) was coming from the ground into the house... it took almost a year for the home to sell. AND a realtor sold it for the absolute lowest price we'd take. O.o |

| Lucky - Oh that would suck We have a private sale possibly lined up if they don't take it. A family member wanted it originally but we already offered it to them for our buying price. They said go through with this opportunity, if it falls through reach back out to them |
