| Curious, what did they have you take for yours? And oh boy do I know the struggle. Half the people I know that could really benefit from medication or therapy even refuse the very ideas. Something like a calming daily gummy could be more - *palatable* for him maybe? 🤭 Perhaps he'd be more open if he were to feel a positive change with something small first |

| Glass I haven't thought about that but I may look into it. Thank you! I know whenever I was in highschool I ended up having to be on medication for anxiety and it really helped. I got to where I didn't need it anymore. I think he is just being stubborn |
