They have to be entered into a Federation, be level 8 or 9 and have at least 20 Fed points. Then if you do qualify on the 27th your horse with automatically compete |

| Skyward pretty common in my opinion, if you do a mass capture the likelihood is that you'll get a handful of E bravery horses |
