| Interesting thing I learned though, one of the reason ingredient labels are so much longer in the US than other places is we require every tiny ingredient to be listed. Like in other countries they just have to put "dough" (whatever kind it is of course) but in America they have to list every single tiny ingredient in that dough. We also use a lot of the scientific/molecular names for ingredients versus just the common name. So it sounds worse than it is |

| Could be course meals or Sometimes it's small meals so you get a range of things to eat! The aim isn't to be stuffed full haha. Some are a bit tiny though haha. |

| Question for people in Europe, do you guys like eat? Lol Just saw a video of Americans visiting Europe and showing portion sizes at restaurants. They are so dang tiny. XD Thats like not even a snack |
