"Not much to say, always my father in my dreams.Scared to death of what he does at times." She admitted quietly, setting her bow to the side. "Honestly have too much trauma from him, always yelling at me for nothing I did, and....sometimes getting physical...." Elara informed, not wanting to say more. "That's all i'm saying, too much fear in it for anything else." The princess said casually, tipping her head back. "Well i'm headed out again, you keep watch still, please." |

Sage nodded as she spoke, face softening. "My father was just as bad," he noted softly. "I still have scars from him," he added. He nodded when she said she was going back to sleep though, and grunted. "If you ever want to talk, I'll be here," he noted, waving her off back to sleep. He wasn't super tired or anything, so he'd be fine. |

Elara listened, nodding along as he spoke, tired. "Thanks, Sage. Means a lot more then you'd think." She admitted softly, driffting back off quickly.The princess awoke again from yet another nightmare, silent this time and shook her head. "Screw sleep at this point," She muttered under her breath, watching as the new dawn crept in. |

Sage hummed softly and nodded in response to her thanks, offering her a small smile before she lay back down. When she woke again, he grunted softly to himself, knowing what nights like this were like. He scooted over a bit, giving her some room by the fire despite the narrow cave opening. They were close together, but he supposed he didn't really mind. |

"I'm gonna go grab something real quick, not that we have that much left anyways." She announced, standing and heading out to hunt. Sage was quiet and understood, that she had realized. They were alike in ways she didn't pay attention to, details that got tossed.Elara shook the thought and eyed a nice looking fox, taking it down. |

Sage nodded in response to her comment, humming a "be careful," as she gathered her things, before settling down against a side wall of the cave, absentmindedly petting the wolf, who was content to lay there as well. |

Elara came back with the fox, tossing it to the side as she sat, starting to skin it silently. "So what's the plan for today?" She asks Sage, glancing up. |

Sage noted the fox she brought back, a sort of smile forming on his face. "Good job," he noted. Then he shrugged. "Hopefully, we can reach the cabin by nightfall tonight, if we get moving early enough," he noted. |

"Thanks," She said semi- awkwardly, not the best with responding for compliments. Elara listened, nodding along. "Well i'm fine with whatever time we leave, as long as the cabin is our end goal then, eh, as long as we get there." |

Sage nodded in response to her comment, glancing up at the slowly rising sun in an attempt to gauge the time. "Why don't we get that fox skinned and quartered, then we can head out," he suggested. "Should put us at the cabin around seven tonight, give or take some time for meals." |
