I for one was taught to always wear one no matter the horse... i mean yeah for showmanship i dont.... but thats like...i only ride my palomino and hes a sweetheart...

Most people at my barn don't wear a helmet. Unless they are under 18 because it is a rule at the barn or certain horses

so i may be getting a job as a stable hand becouse my horses havent been gaining alot of weight so no riding for them but i might work as eaither a stable hand or a trail guied!!! ik i spelled alot wrong but my phone sucks

Im a working student aswell, it can be difficult sometimes, but 100% worth it. I've learned a lot, and I get riding lessons in exchange for my work. Congrats!
